The Bullet Bobber at Oslo Motor Show

The Bullet Bobber placed at Oslo Motor Show.. it got a lot of attention, which is pretty cool.. and it´ll probably end up in a biker magazine soon..

Last finish on the Bullet Bobber..

Painted the last finish on the Bullet Bobber yesterday while putting up the stand at Oslo Motor Show.. Painted the number "13" on the oil tank which is the number of bikes the builder have built..

Also made a belt cover in leather for the bike.. with the name of the builder, the painter and me, which pinstriped a motive on the gas tank and made the leather seat.. Just for the show.. :-)

Will add more pictures tomorrow from Oslo Motor Show, and the final result on the bike.. The show started today and will last until Sunday..

The Bullet Bobber Leather Seat..

Started to make the leather solo seat for the Bullet Bobber.. Making hundreds of holes for the stitches, but still got pretty sore hands of sewing the shit together.. all worth it if the owner gets happy about the result.. The bike will be shown at Oslo Motor Show in the end of the month..

Leather Seats at Display..

A few weekends ago I joined some friends at a second hand car/motorcycle market and showed off some of my leather seats.. The response was awesome and a lot bether than I was hoping for..

Chopper For Sale

My good friend Gert is selling his chopper, which I pinstriped before it was shown at Elmia - Custom Motor Show, easter 2009.. It´s for sale for about 335.000 Nok, or $56.600.. Yeap.. it´s a cheap chountry, dont you think?! This bike is really awesome and runs very well.. it´s built by Knut Olav at Redneck Bikes Norway about a year ago. The reason for selling it, it´s becaus Gert will start to build a new project.. The bike can also be seen at CBP which is selling the bike for Gert.. if I could afford it I would have bought it right away.. it´s awesome!! Interested? The Bullet Bobber Assembly..

The bullet Bobber assembly have started by Knut Olav Dybsjord.. I guess this is as far as I can go with showing the bike until it´s revealed at Oslo Motor Show 29th to 31st Octobre 2010.. At the lower picture you can see the white bobber in the back, which I silver leafed for Frederic Fontarosa a little while back..

At age 11, 27 years ago.. I built my very first chopper.. I still love to ride them, but I´m more into make them look cool with gold leaf, pinstriping, leather etc. than building now..

Oslo Motor Show - 2010

This will be the Norwegian answear to the Swedish motor show Elmia - Custom Motor Show.. I have been a few times at Elmia as a visitor and with bikes I have airbrushed and pinstriped and finally we´ll get something like this in Norway too.. I really hope there will be a lot of visitors and builders that will show up and compete with what they can do.. We really need something like this over here and hope it´ll be a good tradition.. so keep that date in mind! One of the bikes I´m putting a motive on at the moment (The Bullet Bobber) will be revealed and shown at Oslo Motor Show 2010.. hope to see you there! Bullet Bobber Chemicals..

Masking the Bullet Bobber gas tank with fine line tape before Kristian is applying some really greasy, sticky and dirty chemicals that smells like hell (if there is any), but it gives a totally awesome effect when the process is done.. The color combination will be pretty cool to the shiny black frame and the shiny S&S engine.. Not the average combination!

Mixing and testing some colors for some details on the Bullet Bobber gas tank.. Without reveling much of the finished result, which will be reveeled and shown for the first time at Oslo Motor Show on the end of Octobre..

A few week-ends ago I had some leather seats, gold leaf and pinstriping work for display at Reckless MC´s 10th Anniversary party.. I finished the last seat at the spot as you can see at the picture at the top.. All the photos have been taken by Berit Bye

Parts ready for paint..

Picked up some parts today, ready for paint after a few hours discussion.. think we came up with a pretty cool idea.. :-) This will be built to fit two engines.. one ordinary Harley Davidson and one 140 HP S&S.. It will never be street legal with the S&S, so it has to fit the original Harley too when shown to the government to get license plates.. I will also make the leather solo seat.

Hell yea, I won!! Or did I loose.. I was picked out as one of twenty, to be spammed by "Top Motorcycle Blog Award" from Online Schools.. It has absolutely nothing to do with motorcycles except placing a link which advertise for online schools.. think of it, they also give away awards to Top Dog Blogs, Top Cat Blogs, Top Bird Blog, Top Insect Blog and hundreds of more silly themes.. some of the blogs that won, wasn´t even about motorcycles! So, if you see any of the awards abow, dont click it, unless you want to be fooled..

Hmm.. one blog have never posted anything, a few blogs was not about motorcycles.. even one was only advertising for expensive motorcycle innsurance..

Redneck Bullet Bobber - In Progress

Upcomming leather & airbrush project - A good friend of mine (Knut Olav Dybsjord) just finished the "Bullet Bobber" (it´s not quite finished on these pictures, but you get the idea..) which I´m going to airbrush and make a leather seat for.. It has to be done within three weeks for a Custom Motorcycle Show in Norway. It will be built to fit two engines.. one Harley Davidson and one S&S for show.. Stay tuned for update pictures of the progress..

Leather Solo Seat - Another Motorcycle bobber kind of solo seat with a brass frame.. do far no graphics on theis one, but the cool thing is that it is pretty easy to unscrew the screws and change the leather.. if I want different designs..

Leather Solo Seat - Finally "done".. This has been a working marathon.. been working most of the last 26 hours to try to finish the most I can.. After the eventI´ll probably add some more graphics to the skull, but it at least looks almost finished and are ready to be shown.. :-)
